I%92m back on the West Coast, on Vancouver Island. Currently I%92ve got work on display at the Nanaimo Art Gallery and at the Ladysmith Waterfront Arts Centre. I%92m excited about the series of monochromatic paintings on unprimed linen that I%92m developing for a February show at the Buzz in Ottawa as well as my two long-term projects,6"x6" self-portraits for the Manx next summer and the life-size illustration style pieces of young women that those who know me have been watching come to life. My trip to the New Mexican desert with my mother and grandmother was inspiring and invigorating and has given me much inspiration. New images will be posted shortly.
